Seneca County Probate Court - Marriage Application

****Before applying online, Applicant’s must call the Probate Court at 419-447-3121 between the hours of 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday to schedule an appointment to obtain their Marriage License.****

To file for a marriage license with The Seneca County Probate Court, fill out the form below as completely as possible and click the "Submit" button at the bottom of this page. After a few moments, a confirmation page will appear, on which you will find the information as you entered it as well as a 10 digit tracking number. Print the confirmation page out and bring it to The Seneca County Probate Court he day of your scheduled appointment. You must bring the confirmation page with the tracking number the day of your appointment or you will need to reschedule. Both parties must be present to file for a marriage license, and you must bring certified copies of your birth certificate, driver’s license, and certified copies of divorce decrees, if applicable.

Note: The price for the marriage license is 70.00 (cash, check, money order or credit card (3% processing fee)).
